Gonçalo Soares runs this site and is the controller of the personal data it collects. Contact: hello@yourbrandonmygt3rs.com.

• Email address — to verify you and to send auction emails (bid confirmations, outbid notices, the closing reminder, invoices and receipts).
• Brand name, website and logo — shown publicly next to your bids.
• Bids — amount and time, shown publicly with your brand.
• A hash of your IP address — kept with each bid to rate-limit abuse. The address itself is not stored.
• Artwork you upload after winning, stored privately.

Your brand name, website domain, logo and bid amounts appear on the site. Your email address is never shown publicly and is not readable through the site's public API.

To run the auction you take part in (performance of a contract), to prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest), and to meet accounting obligations for payments (legal obligation).

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
• Vercel — hosting and privacy-preserving analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking).
• Resend — sending email.
• Stripe — payment processing. Card details go to Stripe directly and never touch this site.

Bid records stay for the life of the project so the public history remains accurate. Accounts and email addresses are deleted on request once any invoice is settled. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

One session cookie keeps you signed in after verifying your email. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hello@yourbrandonmygt3rs.com. Deleting your data after you have bid may not be possible until the auction and any resulting payment are complete.
